Our cakes are made with the traditional medley of burnt sugar, dried fruits which includes prunes, dates, currants, cherries, raisins, and mixed peel. The dried fruits are minced and macerated in rum, fruit wine and spices for weeks prior to baking. Each Cake has a shelf life of up to one year.
