Having grown up in the central part of Trinidad.
Chef Deborah Burchell or Chef D as she is so affectionately
called was influenced by the East Indian cuisine from her village,creole influences from her grandmother with an European flair from her father.
I wasn't here for the food this time but when I returned from vacation everyone was raving about how good the lunch was. We have lots of dietary restrictions in our office and its usually hard to find 1 caterer that can handle all of them.
But everyone from the vegans to the heavy meat eaters loved this meal. This maybe the 3rd or 4th time we've ordered from them and they NEVER disappoint!
